Participation is a Necessity

Sustainable solutions to management problems come down to a rather simple formula:

Success = Quality × Acceptance

This is the main reason, why we do not see ourselves as a detached think-tank spilling out clever analyses and powerpoints, rather we see ourselves as a knowledgable sparring partner and skilful facilitator.

Of course you may also rightfully expect insightful analyses and clever solutions; but we put high value on getting all stakeholders envolved – either responsible or concerned – in the process of finding a solution that will be acceptable to the highest possible degree.

Without being accepted by those who have to implement it, the best solution to a problem is rather worthless. And without participation there will be no acceptance.
